Manage notification subscriptions

How to do it

1. Open Organisation Settings and select Notifications.
2. Review the available triggers, such as issue creation, issue closure and scheduled job generation.
3. Add or remove the appropriate users for each trigger.
4. Save and verify the subscription list.
