Set job types and issue priorities

Maintain the categories and priority choices used across the platform.

How to do it

  1. Open Organisation Settings, then Platform Configs.
  2. Open Job Types or Issue Priorities and add or edit the choice.
  3. Set its name, colour and default where those options are available.
  4. Save and check how the choice appears in a template, issue or list.
