Resources are the places, assets or other items defined by your organisation. A resource may contain lower levels and tabs for issues, jobs, attachments or contacts.
How to do it
- Open Locations or the relevant resource section from the navigation.
- Choose the parent resource, then move through its available child levels.
- Open the resource and use the tabs shown for its data.
